About

We are an independent craft brewery based in White Waltham, founded on a love of malt and hops. After exploring the world’s tastiest blends, we have come up with a selection of beers to suit every taste and occasion, ranging from a Sunday night easy drinker to a full-on punchy pint.

Visiting the Brewery

We welcome anybody who would like to come and visit the brewery during our opening hours. We have a small bar area where visitors can sample and buy our beers*. We are also happy to fill any growlers or other suitable pre-owned containers. We sell the beer in 330ml bottle conditioned bottles as well as bright beer straight from the cask. Bright beer is sold in a range of volumes which are listed below.

  • 1.8 pint bottle
  • 5 pint bottle
  • 18 pint bag in box polypin
  • 36 pint steel barrel
  • 72 pint steel barrel

*Please bear in mind that it is a working environment and not a dedicated bar – brew-day tend to be very busy days so please bear with us.

Tour Nights

We regularly run brewery tour events on Thursday evenings. These are a great opportunity to learn about and taste all of our beers. They also give you a chance to understand the brew process from start to finish, and what we focus on at Stardust when making our beer.

The evening starts at 7:30pm, when you can sample your choice of beers from our current selection at the brewery bar. Once everybody has a drink in hand, there is a short introductory talk about Stardust brewery, followed by more beer sampling. You can then enjoy a talk about the brew process and what we do to make Stardust beer unique. This should leave you with a little time to choose another drink before the evening draws to a close at 9:45pm. The cost of the evening is £15.00 per person, which includes your very own Stardust souvenir glass which you can take home with you.

Open Days

On a Stardust Open Day the brewery is open to anyone and everyone! Open Days take place every few months, and on these days we try and make as many different Stardust beers available as possible. You will also find fantastic local cider, as well as wine and soft drinks. The BBQ also gets fired up to for anyone who fancies some grub.

Open days start at 11am and run all day until 8pm, so feel free to come along for a quick drink, or stay with us for the whole day.

You will learn all about our range of beers and how we go about making them, as talks about the brewing process and our beers are run at intervals throughout the day.

If you would like more information or details of our upcoming Tour Evenings or Open Days, please either contact us by email or give us a call.
